シリウススカーレット染液（Picrosirius Red）

0.1シリウススカーレットレッドの%が飽和ピクリン酸溶液に溶解し、心筋などの結合組織の染色に用いられる。

シリウススカーレットパラフィンスライスの推奨染色プロセス：

1. Deparaffinize and hydrate to distilled water.

2. Wash in running tap water, 10 minutes.

3. Rinse in distilled water.

4. Treat in Phosphomolybdic Acid（リンモリブデン酸溶液）0.2% Aqueous (1-5 minutes)

5. Stain in Sirius Red, 0.1% in Sat'd Picric Acid , for 90 minutes.

6. Wash for 2 minutes in 0.01 N Hydrochloric Acid .

7. Rinse in 70% Alcohol for 45 seconds.

8. Dehydrate, clear and mount in Permount（封錠剤）
